Petal-inspired Color Palette
To best channel blossoms into beauty, we opted for a palette of soft, petal pinks and powdery purples. While these may seem like obvious color choices for spring, we promise—there’s nothing ordinary about this Look. With its mix of cool tones and luminous finishes, it’s light and fresh, yet full of drama. Even better, it's easy to replicate and wear in real life.
To create our model’s rich pinky-purple eye, we used a fluffy brush to apply RMS Swift Shadow in EM-68 Enchanted Moonlight above the lid, close to the brow bone. Then, using the same brush, we swept RMS Swift Shadow in GR-19 Garden Rose along the lash line and up to the natural curve of our model’s eye socket. Finally, for added illumination, we added RMS Swift Shadow in SB-43 Sunset Beach to the inner corners of the eyes. To complete the full, petal-y package, we swiped Vapour’s Siren Lipstick in Hint on lips, then paired it with a similarly-colored blush—Kosa’s Color & Light in 8th Muse. Lastly, we gave our model full, fluttery lashes. A generous, pitch-black coating of mascara helps to offset the inherent sweetness of a pastel look.
